In DIY Brain Surgeon, the player has to perform his own brain surgery while equipped with a muscle stimulator. The game requires to be really cautions with the mouse, but the muscle stimulator makes it complicated since it keeps initiating muscle movement in your arm. To leave the operating table alive, the player will have to master his body movements.
