Home automation has hardly gone beyond the futuristic fantasy of the 80s by lack of clever design or perhaps because it was too early. It begins currently to find some pertinent way of development. But it’s always hardly to try to facilitate our daily life with some new object or control system without finaly complexify her. DomoLudens proposes to create a link between the improbable interactions within a video game and you through your household items. Like Jacques Tati in « mon oncle » has turned into derision the automation at these beginnings, DomoLudens trying to
inject a dose of humor in a system governed primarily by ideas of optimization, security and comfort. A sort of claiming to say that to stay human we have to accept and need of drift and chaos.
