The foot controller is an attempt to solve the problem of ‘walking around’ in VR games in the cheapest way possible. The controller is based on an arduino and accelometer connected with a Google Cardboard VR game via bluetooth. Sat on a swivel chair with the gadget fitted inside an ankle support, the player can rotate to change directions and walk by tapping their feet on the floor.
