The Metapong serie is an attempt to transgress the playing mechanics of the ping-pong game by creating a hybridization between the inert table of sport and mechanical systems specific to the world of factories and work.

Metapong XP1 is a ping-pong table laid on four automated air jacks which change the orientation of the table during the game. The table move with a sort of animal behavior by arching or making rocking movements.

Metapong XP2 is a ping-pong table with its net mounted on two motorized axes. The net goes up and down diagonally during the gam.

Metapong XP23 is a rotary ping-pong table forcing the player to run around the table during the whole game.
