Tic Tac Toe Thing

Tic Tac Toe Thing is a portable tic tac toe game using LEDs ans toggles. On top of the regular tic tac toe rules, this game is introducing a new mechanism : you can use your turn to cancel one of your opponent’s moves, as long as it isn’t the last one. A move that just had been cancelled cannot be made again.
